Elaboration of a tailored plan with all the specific needs of our client.

Implementation of a Contact Center to attend and schedule Look and Seek trips for all employees.

One week survey to identify barriers and willingness to move off the 1,100 employees.

Three months of Look and Seek trips to Queretaro.

Via the contact center, Relocation Services identified the housing needs each of the employees willing to relocate.

Three party groups.

Six months paid rent by the company.

Also with the contact center, we clarified doubts and give guidance to transferees on their new destination.
